We have an immediate opening for an experienced Diesel Technician to join our growing team at our Richmond, VA hub location. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fleet shop environment, you’ll be a great fit. Cummins and PACCAR experience is strongly preferred, and you must have your own tools.
A Diesel Technician plays a vital role in keeping our fleet and heavy equipment safe, reliable, and road-ready. You’ll handle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy duty diesel vehicles and trailers while working with the shop team to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on heavy duty diesel vehicles (trucks, trailers, and related equipment)
- Diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently to support shop timelines and repair deadlines
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and stay accountable for shop tools and equipment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all diesel services performed
- Follow quality control procedures to ensure repairs are completed correctly and safely
- Ability to self-manage and work independently
- Must have your own tools
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to company procedures and guidelines
- Diesel Technician experience with Cummins and PACCAR (preferred/strongly preferred)
- $30.00–$45.00 per hour
