Job Summary
We are seeking a fun, energetic and engaging gift and candy seller to join our team part time.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to engage customers both young and older effectively. This role involves assisting customers with their purchases, providing product explanations, suggestion gift ideas and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. The Seller will also be responsible for maintaining the sales floor, managing inventory, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their shopping needs.
- Utilize POS systems for processing transactions, handling cash, and managing sales records.
- Ensure proper merchandising of products on the sales floor, including stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail space to enhance the shopping experience.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
