What are the responsibilities and job description for the Garden Center Associate position at Sweetbay Farms Nursery?
Sweetbay Farms is hiring friendly faces for cashier/customer service in the garden center.
Part time positions now open. Jobs 15-30 hours per week (based on availability/experience) available.
Looking for individuals who are upbeat, customer friendly, reliable and hard working. We are ideally seeking associates with a knowledge of gardening or a passion/interest in plants with a willingness to learn. Garden center/nursery experience is a plus.
Depending on the day, duties can include cashiering, customer service, seed counter, store setup/merchandising, watering/pruning plants and other tasks to keep the store running. Every day is different at the garden center!
We are seeking self-starters excited to be a part of our dynamic, friendly staff serving the Carroll County community. Excellent customer service will be expected in this role.
This position will require at least one day of weekend work (and we could use the most help on weekends) but we strive to ensure our scheduling is as flexible as possible for our employees.
