What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Customer Service Associate position at Sweet Waters Donut Mill of plainwell?
As a member of the counter team you will be the face of the company. Your role will be to give the customers a happy and pleasant experience as you serve them coffee and donuts. You will maintain a welcoming, stocked, and clean store.
Your roles will be as follows:
-Serve our guest donuts and beverages and cash them out at your assigned register
-keep the lobby and guest seating areas clean
-Stock cups, straws, utensils, napkins, Etc...
Skills needed
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations within the food industry.
- Welcoming, patient, and attentive customer service
- Cash handling
- Basic math
- Cleaning skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs
Pay: $13.73 - $14.00 per hour
