Barista/Bakery Team Member

At Sweet Themes Bakery, we’re looking for a Barista/Bakery Team Member to join our team and help bring a little sweetness to every occasion. If you love working in a creative, fast-paced environment and have a knack for customer service, we’d love to meet you!

As a Barista/Bakery Team Member, you’ll play a key role in making our bakery cafe a welcoming and delightful place for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages with care and precision.
- Assisting customers with their orders and providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
- Handling baked goods with attention to detail, ensuring they’re displayed beautifully and served fresh.

-Preparing ready to go hot and cold meals.

- Provide service support for in-store afternoon tea & events
- Keeping the front-of-house clean, organized, and inviting.
- Supporting the team with general bakery tasks, including restocking, cleaning, and assisting where needed.
- Lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs. to help with inventory and supplies.

We’re seeking someone who brings a positive attitude and a love for all things sweet! Here’s what we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or food service role.
- A passion for coffee, tea, baked goods, and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as part of daily tasks.
