The Sweet Spot Cafe Are you a friendly, detail-oriented person who loves a sweet work environment? The Sweet Spot Cafe is looking for enthusiastic team members and shift leads for our afternoon and evening shifts! Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time hours, we have a spot for you on our team.
Position Details: Closing Shift (we close at 8pm most days)
Must be available weekends.
Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time options available
Starting Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour (dependent on experience and position) Plus Tips!
General Responsibilities (All Positions):
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional, friendly service.
- Take orders accurately and ensure all items match customer requests.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and welcoming dining and counter area.
- Restock supplies, display cases, and beverage stations as needed.
Additional Responsibilities (Closing Shift Leads) :
- Count down registers and reconcile daily sales accurately.
- Oversee closing procedures to ensure all cleaning checklists are completed before staff leaves for the night.
- Review and verify next day orders.

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Previous food service, retail, or leadership experience is a plus, but willing to train the right person!
