Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role as an Overnight Newborn Care Specialist at Sarah's Sweet Slumber LLC located in Boston, MA. As an Overnight Newborn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing care and support to newborns during overnight hours. This includes feeding, diapering, soothing, and ensuring the baby's safety and well-being throughout the night. You will also communicate with parents and provide updates on the baby's progress and any concerns that may arise.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently and under little supervision
- Knowledge of newborn care practices and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- NCS or Doula Certification is a plus
- 3 years paid newborn experience required
