- Manage end-to-end operations, from production to delivery
- Optimize supply chain and inventory management processes
- Supervise logistics and shipping coordination across global markets
- Lead the operations team with clear KPIs and continuous improvements
- Work closely with leadership to scale and streamline operations
Requirements:
- Proven leadership in operations, preferably in manufacturing or hardware/tech
- Extensive experience with logistics, inventory systems, and global supply chains
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Compensation:
- Full-time, on-site position
- Competitive salary: $100,000–$150,000
