Business Development Representative

Sweet Robo – Remote (Full-Time)



Sweet Robo is a fast-growing leader in innovative, automated vending solutions. Our machines deliver high-quality treats and unforgettable guest experiences in venues across the country. We’re expanding rapidly and looking for driven sales talent to help accelerate our growth.

Role Overview


We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be directly responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential clients. Your primary goals will be to cold call, source leads, and book high-quality meetings for our Account Executive team.

This is a full-time, fully remote position with strong performance-based earning potential. If you meet your On-Target Earnings (OTE), you can expect an additional $30,000–$50,000 in commissions on top of your base salary.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
  • Source, research, and identify new leads through platforms like LinkedIn, industry directories, and other tools.
  • Qualify prospects to ensure strong fit before handing off to Account Executives.
  • Book and schedule meetings, demos, and discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline progress in the CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff and strong meeting quality.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs related to outreach, qualified opportunities, and meetings booked.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in a BDR/SDR capacity.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding outbound metrics.
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and daily outreach expectations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a remote environment.
