What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista / Bakery Customer Service position at Sweet Reasons?
Sweet Reasons Cupcake and Dessert Kitchen is looking for Front of House Team Members!
- Candidates must be at LEAST 18 years old with Food Service EXPERIENCE!!
- Weekend availability is required.
- The listed rate is hourly PLUS consistent tip wages of approximately $2/hour
Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Make espresso drinks, milkshakes, energy drinks
- Give excellent guest service!
- Take guest orders and pack up cupcakes and desserts with order accuracy.
- Cutting, stocking and selling of our desserts.
- Operate our Square register, and perform cash handling.
- Daily cleaning tasks.
- Follow procedures as trained.
Job Qualifications:
- Customer service personality-outgoing and friendly.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to lift 20 pounds.
- Detail orientated.
- Able to multitask.
- Work well in a team environment.
