Job Responsibilities
As a Guest Experience Bartender, you'll be an essential part of creating memorable experiences for every guest who visits Sweet Pete's Candy and Fizzies & Fare.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Take food and beverage orders while providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
- Run food, ice cream, and desserts promptly and accurately.
- Prepare milkshakes, floats, and sundaes.
- Scoop and serve premium ice cream while maintaining attractive displays.
- Process guest orders and payments accurately through the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar, beverage station, and dining areas.
- Follow all alcohol service, food safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and side work as assigned.
- Support teammates by jumping in wherever needed during busy periods.
- Create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere by engaging with guests of all ages and delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Represent the Sweet Pete's brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.

As a Guest Experience Bartender, you'll be an essential part of creating memorable experiences for every guest who visits Sweet Pete's Candy and Fizzies & Fare.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Previous bartending, restaurant, or hospitality experience required.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support all areas of the business.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Experience with basic cocktails, wine, and beer service.
- Experience using a POS system.
- Experience in high-volume restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, or attractions.
- Ice cream, coffee, or specialty beverage experience is a plus.
- A genuine enthusiasm for creating fun, memorable experiences for guests of all ages.

Nights & Weekends Required. 15.50 base pay plus tips. Average pay 22.00-28.00 per hour.
