Farm-to-Table Event Prep Chef
Seasonal / Part-Time or Full-Time | Flexible Hours
We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Prep Chef to run our farm-to-table prep program.
This role is ideal for someone who finds satisfaction in the quiet discipline of preparation—breaking down whole produce & proteins, working with the rhythm of the seasons, and contributing to a service that feel both elevated and deeply rooted. It is very much not a corporate roll. We're industry built.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare vegetables, proteins, and pantry items using fresh, ethically sourced ingedients
- Assist in ordering organization along with the chef
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient prep environment
- Work closely with our team to honor the integrity of each recipe
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail
- An appreciation for local food systems and seasonal cooking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
