Position Overview
We are hiring an Opener to help prepare the store for the day, serve customers, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people.
Open availability is strongly preferred, especially weekday shifts from 10:30 AM–4:30 PM.Key Responsibilities
- Open the store and prepare for daily operations
- Set up ingredients, toppings, and equipment
- Prepare and serve rolled ice cream and other menu items
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining area, and equipment
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with restocking and light prep as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual (opening shifts are critical)
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills
- Able to work independently and stay organized
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
- Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Availability Requirement
- Strong preference for weekday availability
- Especially needed: 10:30 AM–4:30 PM shifts
- Weekend availability is a plus
