Job Description:
We’re looking for a smiley, reliable, and organized Receptionist to join our front desk team. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their entire experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced salon environment.
Friday-Sunday
9.30am-3:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage appointment bookings, reschedules, and cancellations
- Answer phone calls, messages, and emails promptly and professionally
- Process payments and maintain accurate daily records
- Keep front desk and waiting area clean and organized
- Support salon management and nail tech team as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous salon, spa, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Friendly, professional attitude and polished appearance
- Basic computer skills (booking software experience a plus)
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
