Commitment to Excellence
All occupational therapists at Sweet Magnolia Speech Therapy, PLLC are required to pursue continuing education targeting one of our major specialty areas: Sensory Integration, Feeding, Fine & Gross Motor, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Occupational Therapists are allotted a budget for these courses; however, they are also encouraged to pursue continuing education independently.

- Full-Time (minimum requirement of 24 direct client contact hours a week. Flexible maximum; however, caseload growth is cautioned due to concerns of burnout and maintaining work-life balance.)

Qualifications
- North Carolina license to practice Occupational Therapy
- NBCOT
- Independence, Empathy, Compassion, Patience, Drive, Receptive to Feedback, Collaborative, Insightful, etc.
