Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service
- Accurately handle cash, card, and digital payments using a POS system
- Assist customers with orders and make product recommendations
- Keep the front counter and display areas clean, stocked, and organized
- Help with packaging, labeling, and restocking baked goods
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable handling money and performing basic math
- Friendly, dependable, and enjoys working with people
- Attention to detail and good communication skills
