Sweet Lab is looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable team members to help create an amazing experience for every customer. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and love bubble tea, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Prepare boba tea and other specialty drinks according to recipes
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service
- Take orders accurately using the POS system
- Recommend menu items and answer customer questions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
- Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies throughout the shift
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work efficiently as part of a team during busy periods
Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
