Role Description
The Center Director at Sweet Kiddles is a full-time, on-site role based in Beachwood, OH. The director will oversee daily center operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements while fostering a nurturing and educational environment for children and staff. Core responsibilities include organizing staff schedules, managing budgets, developing and implementing programs, and maintaining excellent communication with families. The director will also be responsible for hiring, training, and supporting staff members, engaging with parents, and ensuring the delivery of the highest quality childcare and educational services.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management experience, with a strong ability to oversee teams and daily operations.
- Expertise in Early Childhood Education and curriculum development, including understanding best practices for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operations and timely decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with staff, children, and families.
- Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards within the childcare or education industry.
