What You'll Do:
✔ Cut, level, fill, and prepare cakes for decorating
✔ Assemble store cakes and desserts
✔ Assist with daily bakery production
✔ Wash dishes and keep the kitchen clean and organized
✔ Clean and sanitize work areas
✔ Support the decorating team as needed
✔ Help maintain a clean, efficient workspace while ensuring every product meets Sweet Karma's quality standards
What We're Looking For:
✔ Dependable, positive, and hard-working
✔ Team player with the ability to multitask and work independently
✔ Self-starter with strong attention to detail
✔ Bakery or kitchen experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
