We’re looking for a friendly, reliable person to join our team as a Vacation Planner / Guest Services Associate. This role is all about helping guests plan their trips to the Oregon Coast, answering questions over the phone, and assisting with reservations for our vacation homes.
What You’ll Do
- Help guests plan their stays and choose the right vacation home
- Answer phone calls and provide warm, helpful customer service
- Process reservations and support guests before and during their stay
Who We’re Looking For
Someone who enjoys talking with people, stays calm under pressure, and brings a positive, team‑oriented attitude. Customer service experience is helpful but not required — we’re happy to train the right person.
