What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Supervisor position at SWEET HOMES HEALTH CARE,LLC?
DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
*Open new and pre-existing client cases at Sweet Homes Healthcare
*Conduct supervisory visits with clients and regular client check ins
*Oversee operations that occur on and within AxisCare
*Follow through with disciplinary action per the discretion of office and assistant manager
*Keep up with employee and contractual worker timesheets as they are received
*Maintain regular contact with the Veterans Affairs (VA) hospital
*Maintain regular contact with Sweet Homes Healthcare employee and contractual workers
*Maintain a daily note of interactions accrued throughout the business day in the form of daily progress notes
*Properly keeping track of and calculating hours and units for payroll
*Field work as needed
*Oversee all operations that occur at Sweet Homes Healthcare LLC
*Fill in for clients as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.75 - $20.00 per hour
