Carpenter
Duties:
- Frame walls, floors, roofs, decks, and additions.
- Install windows, exterior and interior doors, siding, soffit, fascia, and trim.
- Perform demolition, repairs, and finish carpentry as needed.
- Use hand and power tools safely and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.
- Identify problems in existing structures and communicate them before proceeding.
- Work with the crew and other trades to keep projects moving.
- Treat customers’ homes and property with care.
Experience:
3 years previous experience in carpentry or related field
Willingness to learn and develop carpentry skills through on-the-job training
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
