Sweet Home Express is hiring Full-Time FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers in Montgomery, AL!
Looking for steady work, weekly pay, a consistent schedule, and the opportunity to earn raises after 90 days? Join our delivery team and operate a company-provided vehicle while delivering FedEx Ground packages to homes and businesses throughout the local service area.
No CDL required. Paid training provided.
Pay
- Training Pay: $120/day
- After Training: $140/day
- PLUS $15/day Performance & Attendance Incentive
- Paid weekly
- Opportunity for raises after 90 days
Raises are based on attendance, safety, route performance, and professionalism.

Schedule
- Full-time: 5–6 days per week
- One weekend day is required each week
- Start time: 7:30 AM
- Routes typically finish around 5:30 PM, depending on route completion

What You'll Do
- Report to the terminal and receive your assigned vehicle and packages
- Load and organize your delivery vehicle
- Safely deliver packages to residential and business customers
- Scan and accurately log packages
- Complete your assigned route efficiently and on time
- Provide professional customer service
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- At least 1 year of driving experience
- Amazon, UPS, DHL, DoorDash, Uber, Lyft, delivery driving, rideshare, and similar experience may qualify
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Drug testing includes cannabis/THC, Delta-8, and certain CBD products
- Ability to pass a DOT physical (paid by employer)
- Ability to lift and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs. with assistance and/or a dolly
- Valid driver's license
NO CDL REQUIRED.
