We are looking for a reliable, organized, and bilingual (English–Spanish) Office Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This is an in person position only. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with cleaning teams and ensure schedules are accurate.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally.
- Assist with onboarding, staff documentation, and company policies.
- Assist in training new hires
- Run daily errands and inspections for the cleaning teams
- Assist in managing inventory
Requirements:
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (required).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience in customer service or office work is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of computers, email, and scheduling appts.
- Must live in Fairhope or the surrounding area.
