About the Role:
Sweet Harbor Coffee is a new coffee shop located in the heart of Roslyn Village, built around thoughtful hospitality, great coffee, and a love for community. We’re looking for a hands-on, coffee-loving leader to join our team as we open our doors. The ideal candidate has some coffee experience, is confident managing both team members and guest interactions, and is comfortable with scheduling and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
- Lead the daily flow of the shop
- Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso beverages
- Train and support the barista crew to be confident, and consistent
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for coffee and supplies
- Manage employee scheduling and time-off requests
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient work environment
- Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are upheld
- Collaborate with ownership on menu development, and pop-up events
- Make sure everything you do reflects our values: great coffee, warm hospitality, and community
Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership or management role (coffee/food service preferred)
- Strong scheduling and team management skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Confident using POS systems and staff scheduling tool
- A calm, collaborative attitude and a genuine love for coffee and community
