Responsibilities
- Conduct regular cycle counts across a retail store to verify physical stock against system records using POS management systems.
- Identify discrepancies between physical inventory and system data; perform root cause analysis to determine underlying issues affecting inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with our cycle counts department, operations department, and category management teams to resolve stock variances and improve inventory processes.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives related to materials handling, shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and stock replenishment strategies.
- Support logistics functions including materials management, shipping schedules, and 3PL (third-party logistics) coordination to ensure timely stock movement.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory counts, adjustments, and audit reports while adhering to safety standards.
