What are the responsibilities and job description for the District Manager position at Sweet fire Tobacco?
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to travel to join our team for a permanent position. This person will be responsible for evaluating stores performance and adherence to company guidelines. It will also involve supporting, educating and motivating store management and team members in close conjunction with the central operations team. Example responsibilities and skills include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing daily operations and evaluating performance objectives.
- Recruiting, guiding and supporting team managers and members along with performance appraisals
- Evaluating and optimizing store operations
- Ensuring products and service meet internal quality standards and all applicable regulations
- Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed
- Assisting locations and supporting store managers as needed.
- Proficiency in office and familiarity with POS systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing environments and situations
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Excellent teamwork and leadership
- Potentially opening new locations and assisting in the store setup and training
- Ability and desire to travel throughout the mid-west

Pay: $35,724.00 - $60,000.00 per year
