Job Type: Regular, full-time

Pay Range: $20 - $21 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; No Weekends or Holidays!

Location: Longmont, Colorado (near downtown)

As a Food Production Worker, your job responsibilities will include:

• Successfully complete detailed training about operating our custom machines
• Receive training on and utilize FDA guidelines for food safety
• Operate and monitor specialized, cutting-edge equipment
• Use ingredients from a recipe to make large batches of products – automated
• Clean and sanitize the equipment
• Package products and utilize an automatic boxing line
• Assure quality of products and packaging

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous food handling experience, ideally in fast food setting, preferred
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Physical strength to lift up to 55 pounds
• Work with technology on touchscreen equipment – will train
• Basic knowledge of an iPad - will train
• Coordination and stamina to stand and move around most of the day
• This position has a requirement of at least 18 years of age per US Dept Labor and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Cake decorating skills is a plus
• Culinary degree or culinary school is a plus
