Customer Service Specialist: We’re looking for 1 friendly, outgoing individual that can WOW our customers! If you’re great with people, capable of delivering EXCEPTIONAL service, then you’re the right fit for us. Customer Service Associates, provide price quotes for cakes, take orders, fill Door Dash Orders, offer solutions and serve our customers by recommending our products and exceeding the customer’s needs.

Duties:

• Maintains a consistent work attendance and punctuality.
• Promptly greets walk-in and phone guests with genuine warmth and helpful enthusiasm to determine interests and needs to create a superior guest experience.
• Maintains strong product knowledge to educate guests on options for dietary restrictions
• Upsell- suggest additional merchandise, including, candles, and cards, to improve the client's celebration.
• Processes guest orders efficiently and accurately utilizing the Clover point-of-sale system and invite guests to join our Loyalty Program
• Works on side duties such as re-stocking, glazing products, assisting with cake pop production
• Upholds a clean and organized bakery presentation, which may include routine sweeping/mopping of the floor, and dusting/cleaning of countertops, windows, and other surfaces.
• Washing dishes during down times
• Replenishes retail merchandise and cake display case to ensure a strong visual presentation.
• Complies with all health and safety guidelines, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.

• Must be able to work independently as well as be productive with other team members

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Previous work experience in customer service or a support role at a food service establishment is a plus.

Shift:

• 6-8 hour shift, depending on business needs for the day (9am - 3:30 or 5:30pm) most days
• Evening shift, 12pm-8pm some Fridays and Saturdays
• Tuesday - Saturday
• 30-40 hours per week
