Do you love leading a team and helping them bake from scratch, creating beautiful desserts, and adding a little sweetness to people’s day?
Come join the Sweet Eats Fruit Farm team! We’re a family-owned adventure farm known for our seasonal events, fresh fruit, and farm-made treats — and we’re looking for a creative, energetic Bakery Team Lead to bring our bakery to life. This is a seasonal position!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the team to produce: Bake cookies, pies, cakes, donuts, and other farm-favorite sweets
- Lead the team to Decorate cakes and desserts with skill and creativity — both classic and fun seasonal designs (a plus if you have decorating experience)
- Assist with special orders and event treats (birthday cakes, cookie cakes, festival desserts, etc.)
- Help prep, portion, and display bakery items for our guests
- Keep the bakery clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Inventory counting and tracking
- Stock PARS levels for the day
- Bring positive energy and team spirit to a fun, fast-paced farm environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in leading a high paced, high output bakery team.
- Great team player
- Excellent customer service skills, ability to put out fires so to speak and ensure all areas are running smoothly
- Must be dependable, organized, and ready to handle the sweet chaos of a busy farm day
- Willingness to work weekends and seasonal hours during peak farm events
- 20–40 hours per week (typically 20–30 during slower periods and 40 during festivals)
- Able to lift 25–50 lbs easily (flour, dough, and ingredients come in big bags!)
- Comfortable standing for most of your shift in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Note about pay: We pay based on bakery/cake decor experience. The range is $14-16 tips. Tips vary based on the season and how many guests we have.
