Community Partnerships & Growth Lead
Your Role
The Community Partnerships & Growth Lead drives Sweet Cow’s growth by developing and expanding relationships that generate meaningful, repeatable business. This work is activated through key channels—including the MooMobile, social media, and community engagement—to bring the brand to life and extend its reach.
This role owns the full lifecycle of partnership-driven revenue, from opportunity development through execution and long-term growth.
Your Contribution and Responsibilities
Execution
- Own and drive a proactive business development pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities that convert into revenue and long-term partnerships
- Identify, pursue, and secure strategic partnerships that expand reach and generate repeatable business, leveraging the MooMobile as a primary channel for offsite activation
- Own the execution quality of all partnership activations—including MooMobile events—ensuring consistency, operational feasibility, and alignment with Sweet Cow standards
- Step in as needed during MooMobile and partnership activations to ensure issues are resolved quickly, teams are supported, and the Sweet Cow experience remains consistent.
- Develop and use performance metrics, customer feedback, and operational insight—including learnings from MooMobile events—to continuously refine approach and improve revenue, repeat business, and execution quality.
- Lead and execute high-impact brand and community initiatives that drive awareness and measurable business results
- Identify and develop new channels and growth opportunities, contributing to cross-functional initiatives that expand Sweet Cow’s reach and revenue generation
Build Effective Teams
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Reservations, Shop GMs, and Operations—removing friction, ensuring readiness, and driving successful execution of all partnership-driven events
- Provide clear guidance, expectations, and feedback to Shop Managers and Truck Leads to support strong, consistent execution
- Partner with leadership to identify operational needs, gaps, and opportunities that support growth initiatives
Focus on Customers and Community
- Build, expand, and maintain strategic relationships that drive business growth and long-term engagement, including:
- Schools, universities, nonprofits, and community organizations
- Wedding venues and planners
- Cities, municipalities, and parks & recreation departments
- Festivals, large-scale events, and local activations
- Drive repeat and referral business through strong relationship management and follow-up
- Lead and evolve community-based programs (including School Partnerships) to support both brand and business growth
- Manage inbound opportunities and convert them into structured, revenue-generating opportunities
- Ensure all partnerships reflect Sweet Cow’s brand, values, and experience standards
Communicate With Impact
- Maintain clear, proactive communication across Reservations, Shop Managers, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution success
- Share pipeline visibility, priorities, and upcoming opportunities with key stakeholders
- Provide consistent, thoughtful follow-up with partners to reinforce relationships and drive repeat business
- Leverage social media and content as a growth tool—amplifying partnerships, strengthening community connection, and ensuring all outward-facing content is consistent, strategic, and aligned with Sweet Cow’s brand and business priorities
- Capture and coordinate content from community activations and MooMobile experiences, ensuring key moments are documented and shared effectively
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, partnership development, or revenue-generating roles
- Demonstrated success building and maintaining community-based partnerships that drive measurable results
- Experience within food truck, mobile food operations, or event-based service models
- Familiarity with reservation systems, booking pipelines, & event coordination platforms
- Strong working experience of marketing and brand activation, including social media execution as a business tool.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, variable, and high-accountability environment
Success in this role requires prior experience in business development and partnership management, with a proven ability to operate effectively in similar environments.
Compensation:
- $ 66,500/year

Role Structure & Expectations
- Position Type: Field-based (remote onsite across shop locations, community events and business development efforts)
- Schedule: Flexible with workload variability tied to business demand. High-volume role with peak intensity during spring and summer months - includes weekends
- Availability Expectations: Requires responsiveness and real-time troubleshooting support for events and partnership executions
- Report to: Director of Marketing, Communications and Technology
