Sweet City Landscapes is looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage inbound residential leads and schedule qualified appointments for our design/build and maintenance teams.
This role is responsible for responding quickly to new inquiries, qualifying leads, maintaining organized CRM records, and ensuring a strong client experience from first contact through appointment scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads by phone, text, and email
- Qualify residential landscaping and design/build opportunities
- Schedule appointments for estimators/designers
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks in HubSpot
- Confirm appointments and improve show rates
- Follow structured follow-up processes to prevent lost leads

Qualifications
