Position Title: Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader
We are seeking motivated, reliable individuals to join our Lawn Maintenance Crew as Team Leaders. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and are eager to grow their skills in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a company vehicle to and from job sites
- Perform lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, and trimming with precision
- Prune and maintain trees, shrubs, and other landscape elements
- Operate and maintain a variety of lawn care equipment
- Ensure each property is maintained to the highest standards of quality and appearance
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Previous landscaping experience is a plus but not required — comprehensive hands-on training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
- Willingness to learn and follow established procedures
- Professional, dependable, and respectful demeanor
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting pay: $17/hour-$18/hour
