- Positive attitude and ability to interact with guests and clients
- Prompt and reliable (hours flexible with weekend hours during peak season)
- Self-Starter (and finisher!) Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills
- Projects a friendly, warm & professional personality with a passion for event support
- Reliable transportation
- Previous event and hospitality experience a plus
Responsibilities:
Provide day-of coordination support, including:
-Supervising venue setup and breakdown
-Managing vendor arrivals and setup
-Coordinating wedding party timing and movements
-Handling last-minute changes or emergencies
-Ensuring timeline adherence
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
