From babies as young as 4 months to adults chasing personal bests, we offer a full spectrum of swim programming, including Learn-to-Swim, Competitive Clinics, and Adult Stroke Analysis for both competitive athletes and Master’s/Triathletes.
We are looking for exceptional instructors to join our growing family — individuals who are not only professional and knowledgeable but also nurturing, inspiring, and team-oriented. Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of high performing swimming experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Age 18 (per insurance requirements)
- Strong in-person communication and swim test skills (you must demonstrate all four strokes with solid technique)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Competitive swimming background at high school level or higher
- Experience in early childhood education, teaching, or the medical/nursing field
- Natural ability to connect with kids and foster a positive, energetic learning environment
Scheduling & Growth:
- Weekend-only shifts available-must work a Saturday or a Sunday
- Preference for 3–4 weekly shifts (approx. 4 hours each)
