Sweet Apparel is a leader in Junior's, Women's, Men's, and Kids fast fashion apparel. Sweet Apparel designs, manufactures, and imports apparel under its own labels as well as multiple Private labels. Our clothing can be found at major retailers including TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Ross, Macy's, and more. The company is growing and looking for a full-time, in-house Women's Fit Model to join the team on-site at the Midtown Manhattan office.
Description:
- REQUIRED BODY MEASUREMENTS:
- Bust: 35” (measured around the fullest part of the bust)
- Under Bust 29" (band circumference)
- Waist: 27.5-28” (measured around the smallest part of the waist)
- Hip: 38-38.5” (measured around the fullest part of hip)
- Thigh 1” below crotch: 21.5-22”
- Bicep: 10.5-11"
- Height: 5’6”- 5’7.5”
- Provide support to Technical Design team in daily fittings
- Fit with multiple product categories (tops, bottoms, dresses, athleisure, swim, outerwear)
- Collaborate in fit sessions with team and provide feedback to improve the overall fit of samples.
- Assist with other tasks as needed - (i.e.. organizing samples, office work)
- Builds collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners including design, merchandising, and sales.
Requirements:
- Maintain body measurements
- Interest in Women's apparel industry is helpful
- Proficient in Excel
- Attention to detail, sense of urgency, willingness to learn, team-player
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
