Teams collaborate closely across design, production, and operations to bring fashion-forward products to market efficiently.
We are seeking a Part-time (flexible schedule M/T/TH) or Full-time Woman's Fit Model for Junior's apparel to join the team on-site in our Midtown Manhattan office!
*Please note this is not a fashion model or print model position!*
FIT MODEL MEASUREMENTS
Bust: 34.5-35” (measured around the fullest part of the bust)
Under Bust: 29" (band circumference)
Waist: 27.5-28” (measured around the smallest part of the waist)
Hip: 38” (measured around the fullest part of hip)
Thigh: 21.5-22” (measured 1” below crotch)
Bicep: 10.5-11"
Height: 5’6”- 5’7.5”
Responsibilities
- Fit with multiple product categories including tops, bottoms, dresses, athleisure, swim, outerwear, sweaters
- Collaborate in fit sessions with team by trying on garments and providing feedback to improve the overall fit and quality of samples
- Identify and vocalize garment quality / fit issues in accordance with our standards
- Assist with other tasks as needed (i.e. organizing samples, administrative work)
- Build relationships with cross-functional partners including design, merchandising, and sales

- Maintain body measurements
- Ability to stand for multiple hours at a time
- Attention to detail, sense of urgency, willingness to learn
- Works well with others in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
