Store Manager – Sweet & Sassy® Southlake
Location: Southlake, TX
Compensation: $40,000–$50,000 base salary bonus potential
Schedule: 40 hours/week | Weekends & holidays required | No night shifts

About the Role
Sweet & Sassy® Southlake is looking for a full-time, energetic Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our vibrant kids’ salon, spa, and party venue. If you're passionate about customer service, event coordination, and team leadership, this is the job for you!
This role is the heartbeat of the store — blending leadership, customer service, merchandising, and fun. You’ll oversee retail and party operations, coordinate the team, and ensure everything runs smoothly to create magical, memorable experiences for our young guests.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Front-of-House Operations
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional service to kids and parents
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and warmth
- Manage bookings, checkouts, and customer follow-ups (Meevo experience a plus)
Team Coordination & Scheduling
- Serve as the senior leader on-site, ensuring daily operations run smoothly
- Create and manage the schedule for front desk, party staff, and support coverage
- Keep stylists, party hosts, and team members on track during peak hours
- Provide guidance and support during busy shifts and parties
Retail & Merchandising
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked retail area
- Oversee merchandising, signage, and product displays
- Track inventory levels and place vendor orders as needed
Party & Event Coordination
- Oversee all birthday parties and special events for flawless execution
- Manage party bookings, prep, and staffing
- Occasionally lead or assist with parties as needed
Store Presentation & Upkeep
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Complete daily administrative tasks (e.g., reports, supply orders)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- 3 Years experience in retail, salon/spa, party/event coordination, or hospitality
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Friendly and upbeat personality, especially with children and parents
- Experience using booking/POS software (Meevo preferred)
- Cosmetology license is a strong plus, but not required
- Must be available weekends and holidays
