Porter - Parking Lot (Day Shift)

Location: 10 Albe Dr, Newark, DE 19702 Job Summary:   To support general labor services (litter, cleaning).Handy man person needed. Painting, Carpentry, Lighting, Electrical Job Responsibilities:   Operate a pick-up truck to drive to different stops on a scheduled route.  Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted  Perform labor duties as required by team lead. Such as:  Perform litter pick-up along highways  Perform cleaning and labor tasks to maintain various retail properties  Using a leaf blower to blow off sidewalks, changing trash bags, and walking around the property to check for issues   Job Requirements:   Valid Driver’s License  High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience closely related to the field of work.   Experience working outdoors   Ability to follow directions and read maps  Must maintain valid driver's license/good driving record  Must pass and maintain drug-free status: employment and random drug tests  Ability to operate a pick-up truck safely  Ability to lift 40 lbs. occasionally  Moderate lifting - no greater than 40 lbs.; moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping. No fine manipulation or fine manual dexterity required.   Ability to stand for a full shift in addition to walking, climbing stairs and bending, as required.
