Job Summary:
To support general labor services (litter, cleaning).Handy man person needed. Painting, Carpentry, Lighting, Electrical
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate a pick-up truck to drive to different stops on a scheduled route.
- Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted
- Perform labor duties as required by team lead. Such as:
- Perform litter pick-up along highways
- Perform cleaning and labor tasks to maintain various retail properties
- Using a leaf blower to blow off sidewalks, changing trash bags, and walking around the property to check for issues
Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience closely related to the field of work.
- Experience working outdoors
- Ability to follow directions and read maps
- Must maintain valid driver's license/good driving record
- Must pass and maintain drug-free status: employment and random drug tests
- Ability to operate a pick-up truck safely
- Ability to lift 50-70 lbs. occasionally
- Moderate lifting - no greater than 70 lbs.; moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping. No fine manipulation or fine manual dexterity required.
- Ability to stand for a full shift in addition to walking, climbing stairs and bending, as required.
