Product Designer (New Grad)

What we're looking for

• Portfolio demonstrating excellent command of Figma, including systems thinking and interactive, spotless, iOS prototypes
• Track record showing you can ship, observe real-world use, and improve rapidly
• Comfort working on complex, information-dense interfaces
• Willingness to learn SwiftUI and prototype in code when needed
• Startup urgency: independent, accountable, relentless execution
• U.S. Person status required (may involve export-controlled data)

• Mastered Framer, Mapbox, or spatial UI / Liquid Glass in real projects
• Designed motion, transitions, or micro-interactions for iOS
• Worked with Apple Human Interface Guidelines beyond surface level
• Worked in a founding or early-stage startup environment
• Comfortable operating with discretion in sensitive or high-profile environments
  
  

What you'll do

• Design mission-critical interfaces for mobile and web systems used in real-world environments
• Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma (components, auto-layout, interaction patterns)
• Prototype flows and interactions using Framer and, when useful, SwiftUI
• Design spatial and map-based interfaces using Mapbox or similar tooling
• Work closely with iOS and full-stack engineers to translate designs into production
• Iterate rapidly based on field feedback—observe usage, fix what doesn't work, and ship again
• Engage directly with elite users, often on the road (:25% global travel)

Final Facts

Salary depending on experience and impact. Total compensation includes equity, premium insurance, and individual benefits.
