Skilled Trench Laborers - 5 yrs experience

Skilled Labor Responsibilities:

• Performs installation of and maintenance on Piping Systems; specifically sewer, water and storm drainage systems
• Comply with the Operations and Maintenance guidelines
• Perform job responsibilities safely in a busy, sometimes stressful environment
• Operate equipment productively, year-round in all types of local weather and ground conditions
• Perform tasks that have to do with site development operations as assigned or directed by the Supervisor or General Manager

Skilled Labor Requirements:

• 5 years experience in a skilled Trench Labor role, 80% to 100% of the time during your employment, in a site development capacity
• Familiarity with installation of sewer, water, and storm drainage systems. Plumbing licenses a plus but not a requirement
• Must be at least 21 with a Valid Driver’s License and have own transportation
• Must be able to demonstrate clear ability and experience regarding the practice of workplace safety. Must be familiar with recognizing site hazards and have a clear understanding of trench safety
• Willingness to submit to and ability to pass, a comprehensive Background Check and Drug Screen; ability to provide documentation that you are a citizen of the US or otherwise have clearance to work in the US and the state of Connecticut

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
