Duties, Expectations and Key Responsibilities:
· Participate in the review of new regulations and assist with development of internal procedures.
· Organize, draft, compare, track and verify documents with a final consistency check.
· Complete supplier quality questionnaires.
· Create quality control general statements from templates.
· Create new templates as needed for Quality System documents.
· Maintain a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents.
· In addition to performing duties and responsibilities associated with this position, the Company may assign you other duties and responsibilities.
Required Skills:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/document control in related industry
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft office programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel
· Strong Math skills in all units of measure
· Experience in Quality Systems Regulations (QSR) and basic knowledge on cGMP
Education:
· Associates Degree in Food Science, Biochemistry, Chemistry or related fields or equivalent experience
