Speech Language Pathologist

**Description** The speech-language pathologist (SLP) delivers and supervises others in the delivery of services in the areas of communication, cognition and swallowing. Upon physician referral the speech-language pathologist will perform evaluations and develop individual plans of care to maximize functional outcomes, implementing the plans of care, reassessing treatment results, and actively participating in discharge planning.
