Patient Scheduler - Pain Services Clinic

**Description** The Patient Financial and Scheduling Specialist is a member of a multi-disciplinary team that coordinates the financial and scheduling of patients seeking care for the management of their pain. Responsible for appointment and surgical scheduling, insurance authorization. Selects and reserves specific equipment for the case scheduled, maintains positive and professional customer relations and seeks client feedback. Works collaboratively with the Pre-Admission Center clerical staff to schedule pre-admission appointments. Functions as a collaborative and participative member of an interdisciplinary team, consistent with the mission, vision and values of the Pain and Headache Center and Swedish Medical Center.
