Intake RN - Outpatient Surgery

**Description** The Intake Registered Nurse (RN) supports the preadmission process in the Ambulatory Surgery Center. This role collects, organizes and analyzes data to ensure surgical clearance. Additionally, the Intake RN makes phone calls to patients to provide preadmission information as well as answer any questions. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable.
