Duties
- Assist in managing daily studio operations, including scheduling, shift management, and ensuring smooth workflow
- Supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to uphold high standards of customer service and operational excellence
- Oversee guest services, ensuring all clients receive personalized attention and a memorable experience
- Coordinate event management activities such as workshops, promotional events, and community engagement initiatives
- Maintain operational records, prepare reports on studio performance, and assist with budgeting and inventory control
- Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure compliance with financial procedures
- Support health and safety protocols by supervising cleanliness standards and assisting with first aid or CPR emergencies when needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a hospitality, fitness, or event venue setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and make sound managerial decisions
- Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with staff, guests, and external partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for report writing, scheduling, and administrative tasks
- Experience in event management and coordinating community activities or workshops
- Knowledge of operational management practices including budgeting, cash handling, and resource allocation
- Background in customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
- Technical proficiency relevant to managing studio equipment or fitness technology systems
- First aid and CPR certification preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified
