ABOUT SWEATHOUZ
SweatHouz is a fast-growing boutique wellness brand combining infrared sauna, cold plunge, and recovery science into a premium member experience. We are expanding across the Philadelphia market and looking for operators who want to grow with us.
THE ROLE
We are hiring an Assistant Studio Manager for our suburban locations. This is a sales and operations role with real management responsibility. You will work alongside the Studio Manager to run daily operations, convert new members, develop staff, and hold the floor to a high standard.
This is a ground-floor opportunity in a growing multi-studio network. Strong performers have a clear path to Studio Manager and beyond.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Member Sales and Conversion
- Drive new member acquisition through direct floor sales and outbound outreach. You know how to have a real conversation with a prospective member and close without being pushy.
- Team Development
- Train and coach front desk associates on sales technique, member experience, and studio standards. You lead by example, not by title.
- Studio Operations
- Maintain an immaculate, premium environment on every shift. Our members pay for an elevated experience and the standard is non-negotiable.
- Community and Partnerships
- Support local outreach, grassroots events, and business partnerships that grow the SweatHouz name in the Main Line community.
- Performance Reporting
- Participate in weekly reviews with ownership and the Studio Manager. Know your numbers and have a point of view on what to do about them.
YOU ARE A FIT IF YOU
- Have 1 to 3 years of experience in membership-based sales, fitness, wellness, or hospitality management
- Have a demonstrated track record of hitting personal sales goals
- Are comfortable being accountable to KPIs like conversion rate, new member volume, and retention
- Are available for variable shifts including evenings and weekends
- Genuinely care about health, wellness, and the community you serve
- Want a role where your performance directly shapes your career growth
