We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Studio Cleaner to maintain a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment within our creative studio space. The Studio Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitized, organized, and member-ready SweatHouz studio. This role is essential to creating a safe, welcoming, and high-quality experience for every guest and member.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, takes initiative, and understands the importance of maintaining high cleanliness standards in a wellness environment.

Key Responsibilities

Studio Cleaning & Sanitation

• Clean and sanitize all private suites, including saunas, showers, cold plunges, floors, benches, and high-touch surfaces.
• Drain, clean, sanitize, and maintain cold plunges according to SweatHouz procedures.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, sinks, mirrors, floors, and other common areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors throughout the studio.
• Wipe down doors, handles, counters, fixtures, and other frequently touched surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed.
• Restock towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and other studio essentials.
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area and assist with towels/linen as needed.
• Identify and report any maintenance, equipment, or sanitation concerns to management.

Member Experience

• Maintain a consistently clean, fresh, and welcoming environment for members and guests.
• Ensure suites are fully cleaned and reset between sessions.
• Pay attention to details that contribute to the overall luxury SweatHouz experience.
• Protect member privacy and maintain professionalism while working in the studio.

General Studio Support

• Complete opening, ongoing, and closing cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Follow all SweatHouz cleaning, sanitation, safety, and operational procedures.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are running low.
• Assist the Studio team with additional tasks when cleaning responsibilities are completed.
• Take initiative and stay productive during slower periods.

Expectations

• Arrive on time and ready to work.
• Follow the assigned cleaning schedule and checklist.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Communicate promptly with management regarding schedule changes, concerns, or maintenance issues.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
• No earbuds/AirPods while performing cleaning duties.
• Work independently while also being a supportive member of the studio team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and lift as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and laundry.
• Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning and sanitizing tasks.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
