Role Description The Market Research Analyst is a full-time, entry level, on-site role based in Dallas, TX. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting market and industry data related to commercial real estate, including tenant trends, competitive landscapes, and economic indicators. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, compiling data from multiple sources, preparing reports and presentations, and translating findings into clear insights. The role also involves collaborating closely with brokers to support client proposals, real estate recommendations, and strategic planning, while ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery of analyses.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Market Analysis skills to evaluate industry trends, competitive environments, and client opportunities.
