This position plays a key role in managing legal real estate documentation, supporting transactional matters, and maintaining corporate and property-related records. The ideal candidate has a strong background in real estate law and contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and organize legal and real estate documentation related to acquisitions, sales, and financing.
- Conduct due diligence for property transactions, including title searches and review of legal encumbrances.
- Assist attorneys with legal research, document preparation, and transactional support.
- Maintain and organize corporate and property-related legal files, ensuring accessibility and proper record-keeping.
- Support corporate governance efforts by preparing resolutions, managing entity filings, and maintaining records.
- Assist with general administrative duties and special projects as directed by management to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business, or related field (paralegal certification preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate law, property management, or a legal department within a real estate company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with legal or real estate databases preferred
